How it works
Each morning, just a moment. The arc is waiting — empty, open, ready for you to draw your night.
Drag the two handles around the arc — one for when you went to bed, one for when you woke. The duration fills in as you go.
Tap confirm. The arc draws itself in, breathes gently, and rests. Your night is noted. That's all there is to it.
Not every night can be logged. If tonight was different — travel, illness, one of those nights — Lull lets you note it and move on. Without guilt.
